Nationally published and winner of several contests including  American Photo magazine, she has worked with Playboy photographers, professional models, fashion designers and sport celebrities.  Her work takes her to the Midwest, Atlanta, Florida, California and Hawaii.  

A native from Michigan, living in Phoenix Arizona, Mimi has been a professional photographer for over 25 years.  She dislikes being categorized into any one specific type of photography because she believes in doing whatever it takes no matter what her assignment may be.          

Mimi believes in order to obtain a great photograph, it takes a combined effort  between the person being photograph and the Photographer.   Not only does she want to “take” a photograph, she also wants to give something back and her body of work portrays exactly that.  

Mimi's wedding images are a variety of styles - contemporary/artistic journalistic.  As your special day unfolds it is captured with expertise and passion.  Mimi has the ability to bring out the beauty in people and places.  She enjoys photographing the candid emotions of people and children in their natural or make-believe environments.  Mimi finds fun and excitement in doing makeovers, sharing and capturing the transformation into a vogue or playboy model.  Favoring natural light and settings, her body of work portrays creativity, sensitivity, and candid emotions of her subjects.   You can view more of her work  by calling for an appointment.
